DVD reviews: a mix of old and new
Three Fox Z1 DVDs are reviewed this week, with the surprisingly excellent Duel to the Death, the typical HK1941, and the disappointing Heart of Dragon. Three recent HK editions are reviewed also, the excellent Running on Karma and Turn Left Turn Right, and the decent Floating Landscape.
Duel to the Death: the french DVD
The Megastar DVD for this famous Wu Xia Pian was not really convincing, with an average image and a strange 5.1 remix. The french edition features a very impressive image and the original mono soundtrack, with nice menus and packaging. If only it has english subtitles...
