DVD Give Them A Chance
image
A decent image, but suffering from some annoying lacks. As usually with cheap HK DVDs, no 16/9, but that's no big deal if the 4/3 is great. Sadly, the definition is nothing that great, and there are often overexposed scenes. Maybe it's a choice from the cinematographer, but it seems surprising. Compression and cleanness are ok.
sound
No 5.1, which is not really a disaster, but always welcome even for this kind of movie (just for the music for instance). But I guess the budget of the movie was not really allowing it.
subtitles
Sometimes a bit too fast, sometimes just absent, the subtitles could be improved.
special features
The trailer, and a short making-of with interviews of the cast, that could be interesting if subtitled...
menus
The main menu is animated and musical, quite nice for a Deltamac DVD. The other menus are still, but quite good looking. The DVD Cover is also nice.
quality/price ration
An average DVD by Deltamac, usually a bit better than that.
